· Catalogue Pricing: Due to the volatility of raw materials and rapidly changing market conditions, prices are subject to change. Our intent is to honour all catalogue pricing through March 1, 2024; however, this is subject to change. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
· Order Changes: Changes to orders in production will result in additional charges. Changes to some product orders are not allowed after acknowledged by factory; contact Customer Service.
· Cancellation Charge: Cancellation of orders in production will be charged a cancellation fee.
· Minimum Order: See price grids for requirements. All minimums are per each imprint/design.
· Print Direction: Each balloon and AdPunch ball is printed to be read with the neck down. Clearly specify if print is to be positioned otherwise.
· Production Time: Please clearly indicate delivery date required on your order. Allow up to two additional working days for preparation of art. Additional time will be required for insertion of ProLite Balloon Valves in latex balloons, and any special packaging. The amount of time will depend on the size of the order.
· Rush Orders: Rush service is available, depending upon product and plant capacity. Contact Customer Service.
Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required.
Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
Qualatex and AdRite Latex Balloon Ink Colours & Colour Assortments (See colour chart.)
· When choosing balloon and ink colour combinations, consider the effect of the balloon colour when combined with the ink colour, particularly when printing on an assortment of balloon colours. A change of ink may be required for desired result. Colours can be custom-blended. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) colour numbers are used as a point of reference only. Exact PMS colour matches cannot be guaranteed. Custom ink blends are not inventoried. Latex inks are compared to uncoated PMS ink colours.
· Latex Ink Colours: Black, White, Red (#199U), Yellow (#102U), Royal Blue (#286U), Green (#341U), Brown (#463U), Orange (#165U), Pink (#218U), Purple (#526U), Burgundy (#208U), Teal (#320U), Lime Green (#368U), Gold (#129U), Gray (#429U), Light Blue (PMS #305U), and Silver (#887U). Black or blue ink is recommended on the Rainbow Assortment (L05). White ink is recommended for the Radiant Jewel (L75), Bright Rainbow Assortments (L2E), and Primary Colour Assortment (L2D).
· Latex Balloon Colour Assortments: When choosing an assortment, or creating your own, please show the balloon colour on the order. Assortments of any combination of colours are available, and unless otherwise specified, colours are assorted in the bag. Pricing will be based on categories of colours selected and invoiced accordingly.
